Yes. Contact us on customer-care No./WhatsApp/mail and our executive will re-send you the ticket via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

Ticket Cancellation

The tickets booked through EasyBus can be cancelled before the cutoff time on the day of the journey which is the start of the bus at the first boarding point.

While booking, I made a mistake and typed the wrong phone number. Is it possible for me to receive my mTicket at a different phone number?

Yes, you certainly can. Please contact our call center and provide our executive with your booking PNR. They will send you an eTicket to the phone number you specify.
